Ecohomes Torrent

In J1 Properties we have developed ECOHOMES Torrente a development of 6 sustainable homes with energy certificate A and GREEN GBCe certification located in a natural environment a few meters from Torrente and 9km from Valencia. This project has been designed with your health and the health of your environment as the focus for the realization of the project. Located in Torrente, in the Santa Apolonia urbanization, the homes are integrated into a landscape of hills and orchards, just a few meters from the Turia-Júcar canal, full of green areas and parks designed to promote life in nature.

We have elevated spaces oriented to habitability with the objective of making them quiet and well distributed. The common areas are well differentiated from the bedrooms, so that the tenant can enjoy two areas, the rest area on the one hand, and the entertainment area on the other. To create a visually calm and cohesive environment we have created a harmony between the exterior of the homes and the interiors of the homes. From the facade materials to the interior finishes, carpentry, tiling, flooring, hardware and color palettes, they maintain a visual and constructive identity.

The exterior design protects while extending through a large garden, with swimming pool on the side terrace and barbecue at the rear of the house. This opens up the possibilities for entertainment when staying at home is the best option for the day. The house also has a laundry room that allows the organization and isolation of those noises that disturb the peace of mind. The interior design tries to provide ample spaces in all rooms.
